Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including bid submission, production, installation, and closeout
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and procurement to ensure financial health and project margins
• Coordinate across internal departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Technical teams
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Owners, Contractors, and Architects
• Supervise commissioning activities, inspections, testing, and final approvals
• Lead and develop personnel through performance metrics and training initiatives
• Directly supervise the Project Administrator and ensure adherence to safety policies

Requirements

• Proven project management expertise in construction or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate high-paced environments
• High level of technical proficiency and organizational skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
