Project Manager Targets Systems & Services

Responsibilities

• Create quantity frameworks and offers for target representation campaigns using unmanned target drones
• Lead and execute service campaigns on-site for customers
• Manage multiple small-scale projects from initial offer through to successful completion
• Ensure all project goals regarding product quality, delivery deadlines, and financial targets (P&L) are met
• Develop and implement program and product strategies for existing and new customers
• Contribute to business planning and the optimization of resource allocation and risk management

Requirements

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Up to 5 years of professional experience in project management or production planning
• Fundamental knowledge of UAV technology
• Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel worldwide for service campaigns
• Strong communication, presentation, and intercultural competence skills
• A hands-on mentality and ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Military background (e.g., Navy or Air Force weapon systems)
• Technical understanding of air defense weapon systems
• Experience in the training and education sector
