Project Manager - System PMO

Responsibilities

• Facilitate successful project delivery through planning, scheduling, execution, and closing of assigned projects within budget and schedule.
• Manage project resource needs, including staffing, issue resolution, contingency plans, and change control.
• Coordinate activities of project teams and third-party vendors to deliver solutions according to scope and goals.
• Track and report project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Establish project governance and facilitate activities to clear roadblocks and ensure leadership alignment.
• Support workflow capture and identify improvement opportunities using Lean methodologies.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions to develop best practices and tools for future project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, healthcare, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of professional project management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Outlook) and Project Management software.
• Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies and Lean process improvement.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary groups and individuals at all levels of an organization.
