Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for ecommerce and digital marketing projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and digital marketing experts
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure high standards
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, budgets, and status reports
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management within ecommerce, digital marketing, or technology solutions
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and omnichannel solutions
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or other project management certifications
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Experience managing large-scale client accounts
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies
