Project Manager - Surveying

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Monitor time charges and negotiate contract adjustments for scope creep
• Provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Make final decisions for all survey and staking technical matters
• Review deliverables for quality control and adherence to company standards
• Coordinate project submittals with local municipalities
• Maintain close contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Provide feedback on staff performance and training needs
• Maintain a safe work environment and assess potential hazards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (AAS or BS degree preferred)
• Professional Land Surveyor license (licensure may be waived for construction staking if 5+ years of Assistant PM experience is held)
• 8+ years of experience with at least 2 years as an Assistant Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Carlson software
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of municipal GIS and county register of deeds sites
