About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and shape project foundations, including problem statements, scope, and requirements
- Set measurable project objectives and success criteria while driving alignment across stakeholders
- Build project governance and team structures to ensure successful execution
- Orchestrate end-to-end project lifecycles from initial definition through hyper-care and final handover
- Provide regular performance updates and management reports to leadership
- Track project success via structured mechanisms, including KPI and cost analysis
- Design and execute communication and change management strategies to ensure full user adoption
- Validate and improve existing processes in partnership with Tech Product and Process Owners
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Proven track record of end-to-end project management ownership
- Deep knowledge of inbound, outbound, and back-office logistics flows
- Strong data affinity with the ability to interpret KPIs and performance data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication leadership skills
- Practical experience in Change Management
- Familiarity with logistics software systems such as WMS, TMS, or ERP
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English
