Project Manager Substation Secondary Technology

Responsibilities

• Independent management of projects or technical project packages in the substation environment
• Control of deadlines, costs, quality, technical risks, and interfaces
• Coordination of internal and external project participants including grid operators, planners, and suppliers
• Review and evaluation of technical concepts, specifications, and execution documents
• Coordination of planning for protection technology, control technology, and remote control technology
• Review of circuit diagrams, current diagrams, and protection concepts
• Support of FAT/SAT, functional tests, and commissioning processes
• Ensuring system compatibility and standard-compliant design for digital protection solutions

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in project management or technical execution of substations, switchgear, or energy infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of IEC 61850, protection technology, or station control technology
• Proficiency in handling technical specifications and planning documents
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English is an advantage
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel to construction sites and customers
