Project Manager Substation Primary Technology

Responsibilities

• Independent management of projects or technical project packages in the substation environment
• Control of deadlines, costs, quality, technical risks, and interfaces
• Coordination of internal and external project participants including grid operators, planners, and suppliers
• Review and evaluation of technical concepts, specifications, and execution documents
• Coordination of primary technical planning for AIS/GIS switchgear, transformers, and high-voltage equipment
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and customer standards

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in project management or technical execution of substations, switchgear, or energy infrastructure
• Knowledge of AIS/GIS systems, transformers, or high-voltage equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel to construction sites and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in standardization, digitalization, BIM, and model-based collaboration
• English language skills
