About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple global implementation projects across various scopes, including managing detailed project plans and task execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and prioritization in collaboration with Resource Managers.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools to identify variances in time, cost, scope, or quality, and implement corrective actions.
- Document and mitigate high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints to minimize commercial and project risk.
- Manage project budgets and report on financials in coordination with the finance team.
- Interface with senior and executive management to provide status reports and executive briefings.
- Manage changes to project scope and schedule through formal change management processes.
- Work with third-party providers to ensure contractual commitments are met.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned to enhance project management standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Project Management experience and 7+ years of total professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in HR Consulting, payroll, or the outsourcing industry.
- Experience with vendor management and working with global customers or teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in direct client contact and executive reporting.
- Ability to manage high-volume projects with tight timelines and multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and process definition.
