Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently execute construction projects in road and civil engineering, ensuring technical and economic goals are met
• Monitor construction processes and site results
• Manage the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials
• Create and maintain offer and work calculations
• Design and negotiate supplementary claims (Nachtragsgestaltung)

Requirements

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering (FH/TU) or comparable training
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with calculation and billing software (ideally RIB iTWO)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to assertively manage project needs
