Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of SKIMS retail environments including flagship stores, pop-ups, experiential activations, and office spaces
• Serve as the connective tissue between design architects, architects of record, and general contractor teams
• Ensure projects reflect the SKIMS aesthetic from early concept through to store opening
• Manage multiple complex projects in parallel from initial site survey to store turnover
• Maintain organizational discipline to keep projects moving through construction documentation and execution phases

Requirements

• Experience in development and construction project management
• Solid construction documentation experience
• Ability to manage design and execution workflows
• Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate between architects and general contractors
