Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated baseline project plans applying estimating models
• Identify resources and skills required and document estimating assumptions
• Provide task-based schedule and cost forecasts
• Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes and impact on budget, time, and risk
• Manage client expectations and track operational and tactical risks
• Capture and track program metrics and perform analysis
• Manage project closure initiatives including client satisfaction surveys
• Document and archive project activities, deliverables, and findings

Requirements

• High School Degree and Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience
• 6 to 8 years of experience managing projects
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and/or Visio
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
