Responsibilities

• Owning specific workstreams within large government and corporate programs
• Managing day-to-day delivery with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors
• Building and maintaining project trackers, status reports, and communication logs
• Flagging risks and issues proactively before they escalate
• Supporting senior PM with governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Using AI tools actively to improve efficiency, documentation, and output quality

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in project management or structured program delivery
• Experience on government, corporate, or institutional programs is preferred
• Clear and confident communicator in writing, meetings, and client calls
• Structured thinker who defines project completion criteria
• Active daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
