Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own specific workstreams within large-scale government and corporate programs
• Manage day-to-day delivery and coordination with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors
• Build and maintain project trackers, status reports, and communication logs
• Proactively flag risks and issues before they escalate
• Support Senior Project Managers with governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Utilize AI tools actively to improve efficiency, documentation, and output quality

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in project management or structured program delivery
• Experience working on government, corporate, or institutional programs
• Proficiency with and active daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong, structured thinking and clear communication skills in writing and verbal meetings
• Self-starter mindset with a high degree of personal ownership
