Project Manager (SSP)

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical and operational referent for high-stakes soil and groundwater decontamination projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-sales (needs analysis and technical-economic offers) to project completion.
• Direct decontamination operations, including planning, resource allocation (human, material, and financial), and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Serve as the primary high-level point of contact for clients throughout the project duration.
• Provide functional management and technical support to field teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project profitability, including margin tracking, financial reporting, and billing validation.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and regulatory standards (NF X31-620, MASE, ICPE).

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Environment, Geology, Chemistry, Biology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing soil and groundwater decontamination projects.
• Strong technical expertise in decontamination processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with high technical and financial stakes.
• Natural leadership skills, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with both clients and operational teams.
• A strong interest in field work and technical curiosity.
