Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead successful onboarding experiences for enterprise clients by coordinating project tasks and managing timelines.
• Maintain and provide updated implementation plans, including project schedules, benchmark metrics, and communication documents.
• Ensure the delivery of Sprout products according to established project timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate smooth project turnovers and rollouts to the relevant business areas.
• Build and maintain effective work relationships with key project stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Collaborate closely with various departments including development, sales, marketing, and professional services.
• Contribute to the creation of new deliverables and best practices to enhance implementation services.
• Stay updated on technological developments and global trends in HR and Payroll to provide technical guidance to sponsors.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software implementation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong internal communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to lead and command groups in public environments and be assertive when necessary.
• Demonstrated track record of being a high achiever.
• Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment.
