Project Manager Special Foundation Engineering

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute complex special foundation engineering projects in the Southern region
• Ensure project execution meets contractual, quality, and environmental standards through systematic planning and preparation
• Secure project results while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage project personnel and site teams
• Represent the company in communications with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Manage project costs, including billing and profitability calculations
• Implement and ensure compliance with labor laws and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations

Requirements

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience in managing special foundation engineering projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction-specific software
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with clients and subcontractors
• Team-oriented leadership style and a high sense of responsibility
• Mobility and willingness to travel for project sites
