Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and risk management plans
• Manage project schedules to meet client commitments
• Lead project teams including internal resources, consultants, and subcontractors through Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and monthly financial forecasts
• Chair project meetings including kick-offs, progress updates, and change management
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement to ensure material availability
• Review and approve project purchase orders and contracts
• Provide regular project status reports to clients and executive management
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality requirements

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (preferably Electrical) or engineering technical/construction management diploma
• Minimum 5 years experience managing EPC projects
• Minimum 2 years experience in medium to high-voltage utilities substation design and construction
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel to job sites as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
