Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality requirements
• Schedule resources and manage assigned Field Electricians
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
• Monitor project performance using budgets and manage work orders and invoices
• Manage project deliverables from estimating through closeout stages
• Read and comprehend control circuits, control panels, and drawings
• Chair project meetings including kick-offs, planning, and progress updates
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement for material availability
• Provide regular project status reports to clients and executive management
• Estimate time and materials for jobs and provide timely quotes
• Oversee or perform electrical field work, installations, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician license 309A required
• Minimum 5 years relevant electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional settings
• Minimum 2 years of experience with job quotes and electrical project management
• Strong background in customer engagement and sales
• Excellent conflict resolution, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
