Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams including scientists and engineers
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and provide regular updates
• Ensure all project activities comply with GxP regulations
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management within the Life Sciences sector
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Prince2 methodologies
