Project Manager (Solar Projects)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise residential solar panel installation projects from start to finish.
• Manage end-to-end project execution while ensuring strict quality and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress and manage technicians and vendors.
• Ensure all projects are completed within defined timelines and budgets.
• Interact with prospective customers to understand requirements and support client conversion.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and material tracking.
• Prepare detailed project reports and maintain accurate installation documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience in site management and project execution.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Construction, or Infrastructure projects.
• Direct knowledge of residential solar installation processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead field teams.
