Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, work plans, resourcing, cost, and schedules
• Manage project financials including P&L and ensure delivery within budget and quality standards
• Staff projects through recruitment, interviewing, and team training
• Manage internal and external resources for teams of up to 40 people
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients and manage upper-level delivery relationships
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customer project activities
• Lead implementation via detailed plans leveraging global software engineering resources
• Implement secure development methodologies to protect sensitive data and system integrity

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience
• 8+ years of experience leading software projects in embedded systems (RTOS, IoT protocols, embedded web servers using C/C++, edge analytics)
• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, E&TC, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and pursue new technical areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Lighting Controls, HVAC, or BAS domains
• Knowledge of embedded systems and Quality Engineering methodologies
• PM certifications
• Experience with complex technical projects
• Experience in automation testing or automation test frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Robot or Django
• Architectural exposure
