About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation to delivery, including product-related projects, process improvements, and development activities
- Translate business priorities into clear project plans with defined scope, milestones, owners, and timelines
- Establish and improve practical project management methodologies for the Manual Lubrication Systems (MLS) team
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, and operations
- Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and ensure timely decision-making
- Manage risks and issues, escalating to stakeholders when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Solid project management experience within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or product development environment
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, facilitation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to create structure and define priorities in a changing, global matrix organization
