About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery, including product-related projects, process improvements, and development activities
  • Translate business priorities into clear project plans with defined scope, milestones, owners, and timelines
  • Establish and improve practical project management methodologies for the Manual Lubrication Systems (MLS) team
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, and operations
  • Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and ensure timely decision-making
  • Manage risks and issues, escalating to stakeholders when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Solid project management experience within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or product development environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to create structure and define priorities in a changing, global matrix organization
