Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive international customer projects from order handover to final delivery
• Ensure management of scope, time, economy, quality, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Take responsibility for contractual matters and professional handling of project changes
• Build strong relationships and ensure professional dialogue with customers and other stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate, and drive progress in multidisciplinary project teams
• Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of processes and working methods

Requirements

• Technical educational background as an engineer, chief engineer (maskinmester), or equivalent
• Experience in project management from a similar position, specifically with turnkey projects
• Experience with budgets, project economics, and commercial/contractual terms
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken) is required
• Strong English language skills for international collaboration
• Ability to travel approximately 20-40 days per year
