Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Work closely with Account Team members to understand client objectives and expectations
• Define project scope, deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans and timelines
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to maintain optimal productivity
• Manage project budgets, monitoring hours and hard costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and implement contingency plans
• Provide regular status updates and reports to internal stakeholders
• Conduct reviews to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards
• Complete budget reconciliations and after-action reports

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in project management processes and new technologies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
• Proven history of delivering multiple complex, integrated projects concurrently
