Project Manager Site Supervision Structural Engineering

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for site management and organization of large-scale integrated projects in structural and interior construction
• Act as site manager and lead diverse project teams
• Implement projects based on BIM models
• Serve as an interface to ensure close cooperation between all specialist departments (architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering) and external planners
• Manage costs and results for the site supervision department of the respective project
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal for climate-neutral and sustainable building planning

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or comparable training
• Long-term, relevant professional experience in site supervision of large-scale projects in Germany
• High willingness to travel
• Experience in leading diverse teams and supporting junior employees
• Extensive knowledge of relevant permit and planning principles, laws, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in software tools such as MS Project
• Knowledge of Lean Management in site leadership is an advantage
• Business fluent German (minimum C1 level)
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean Management in construction site leadership
• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
