Project Manager, Site Execution

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate priority projects within Malaysia factories, translating global directives into local execution plans.
• Develop and maintain project frameworks, timelines, trackers, and milestone reports.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions to ensure successful implementation.
• Represent the Chief of Staff Office in site leadership meetings and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
• Serve as the primary in-country liaison between Malaysia factories and the global Chief of Staff Office.
• Develop polished presentations and strategic summaries for senior leadership engagements.
• Support the rollout of transformation initiatives, corporate programs, and change management efforts at the site level.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Demonstrated excellence in academics, leadership roles, internships, or research projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior-level engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering background.
• Experience working in manufacturing or multi-site operational environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
