Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects related to the Tampa Operations expansion, ensuring alignment with objectives and effective resource utilization.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation actions to maintain scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate interdependencies between projects to ensure timely delivery of outcomes using established project management methodologies.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate alignment and foster a collaborative environment for project success.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the program.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and/or Waterfall.
• Solid organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic financial and business acumen, including experience with budgeting and reporting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
