About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact and client services representative for a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Guide project completion from initial quote and supply orders through to data reporting and invoicing
- Foster collaborative relationships between clients, laboratory operations, and the sales team
- Monitor project status and provide proactive updates to all stakeholders to ensure TAT deadlines are met
- Review project data and invoicing for accuracy and completeness before final delivery
- Document and execute client requests including bottle orders, sample tracking, and LIMS logins
- Train and delegate tasks to Project Manager Assistants
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent industry experience
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sciences and/or customer service
- Advanced oral and written English communication skills
- Strong self-initiative and resourcefulness
- Advanced mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 lbs occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager Assistant
- Knowledge of environmental regulations such as NPDES or SW-846
