Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead office renovation, fit-out, reconstruction, and workplace infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation roadmaps
• Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction progress
• Source, evaluate, and onboard contractors and suppliers through tender and procurement processes
• Prepare project budgets, track expenses, and ensure budget compliance
• Support office openings, relocations, and workplace readiness activities
• Assist with real estate search activities, site inspections, and landlord negotiations
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security, and Procurement teams to manage permits and compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in office construction, fit-out, or facilities project management
• Proven experience managing workplace infrastructure projects and construction coordination
• Strong background in budget planning and cost control
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle stakeholder management
• Professional fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Professional fluency in Ukrainian is considered a significant advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with commercial office environments specifically in the UAE
• Experience managing office relocations or new office openings
• Experience supporting real estate selection and lease negotiations
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
