Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and control the execution of utility-scale photovoltaic construction projects from mobilization to final handover
• Direct Site Managers and construction teams across civil, mechanical, electrical, and substation works
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring
• Ensure project compliance with budget, quality, safety, and environmental requirements
• Review and control project budgets, cost tracking, and progress reports
• Coordinate with clients, owners' engineers, and internal departments such as Engineering and Procurement
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety management plans
• Manage all project documentation, including drawings, permits, and quality records
• Coordinate the successful transfer of projects to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in utility-scale photovoltaic projects
• Proven experience working within the U.S. construction market
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and U.S. safety standards
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project
• Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites
