Project Manager Services

Responsibilities

• Execute projects in full compliance with contractual scope, technical requirements, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary interface between the customer and Vertiv to build enduring relationships.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed project plans and drive internal execution.
• Manage project profitability through proactive cost control, budget monitoring, and accurate revenue forecasting.
• Coordinate site activities, including local subcontractors for installations and service teams for start-ups.
• Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, and certificates.
• Manage invoicing requests to ensure timely billing and financial accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience running and controlling high-value M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Liebert HPAC and UPS products and solutions.
• Experience negotiating with and managing subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, and Oracle.
• Solid understanding of commercial business contracts and contract law.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict timescales.
• Willingness to travel, with approximately 75% of time spent working on-site at customer premises.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
