Project Manager Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of electrical and data center projects, including specification, design review, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules, costs, and scope to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, sub-contractors, and internal business units.
• Supervise technical teams and M&E sub-contractors to ensure site safety, quality audits, and adherence to protocols.
• Oversee internal procurement and monitor manufacturing and delivery timelines to site.
• Proactively manage project risks and develop contingency plans to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain responsibility for all financial and management aspects of assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in data center construction, power systems, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems.
• Valid driving license.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional) certification.
