Project Manager Service Leader

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control technology development and integration projects.
• Define project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and budgets.
• Manage changes, risks, incidents, and deviations during project execution.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Promote Agile practices and continuous improvement within multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify and remove impediments to team productivity.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities between technical areas, business units, vendors, and clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience acting as a Project Manager (PM) or Scrum Master (SM).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing software development lifecycles and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Scrum Master certifications (CSM, SMC, or PMI-ACP).
• Knowledge of software architecture, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience in digital transformation or systems integration projects.
