Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up innovation projects within flexible and robust energy systems, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and related areas
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project groups and collaborations with partners and funders
• Develop, demonstrate, and scale up new solutions together with industry, societal actors, and academia
• Contribute to applications, new project ideas, business development, and long-term collaborative relationships
• Communicate project results, progress, and benefits to various target groups

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field, such as energy technology, electrical engineering, or digitalization
• Competence in power engineering and electrical systems with experience in the energy sector (energy transition, energy systems, or energy-intensive industry)
• Experience coordinating or leading projects, preferably in collaboration between multiple actors
• Ability to build trusting relationships and drive work from idea to result
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• For the Senior Project Manager role: several years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or large collaborative initiatives
• Experience initiating projects, developing applications, conducting client dialogues, and contributing to business development
• Ability to identify new opportunities and contribute to the strategic development of the energy sector
