Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned construction projects
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, engineers, and trade partners
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and review financial reports
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of safety by enforcing policies on construction sites
• Mentor and develop project team members
• Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Profound knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
• Experience with project management software for scheduling and budgeting
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and permitting processes
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification preferred
