Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical, financial, and planning convergence for Front and Rear Face vehicle components, including bumpers, grilles, cooling systems, and ADAS sensors.
• Manage the engineering and design (CAD) teams to ensure technical deliverables meet project milestones.
• Act as the primary liaison for Design Studios to negotiate compromises between aesthetic requirements and industrial, cost, and regulatory constraints.
• Ensure geometric and functional consistency across various engineering departments, such as chassis, electronics, and body structure.
• Manage Tier 1 suppliers regarding co-development, tooling schedules, plan validation, and validation testing.
• Guarantee project QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance) indicators, including weight and aerodynamics.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Technical Project Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical coordination, system engineering, or design leadership within the automotive sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of plastics (injection molding) and painting processes.
• Proficiency in 3D environments and CAD tools, specifically CATIA or 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Fluent English is essential for communicating with global teams and managing international reports.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills to manage cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority.
