About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate leadership vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and deliverables
- Drive cross-functional programs across technology, security, and business teams
- Establish governance, metrics, and accountability frameworks
- Partner directly with senior leadership, including the CSO and CISO, to drive execution of critical, multi-year initiatives
- Manage complex initiatives end-to-end within a Security/Cyber PMO
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in project or program management
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes across complex programs
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or security-focused background
- Prior experience with Security governance and AI
- Experience leading large, multi-phased initiatives in dynamic environments
