Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed schedules and contract management for projects from initiation to delivery
• Manage installation teams, including both direct labour and subcontractors, to ensure milestones are met
• Report on, assess, and analyse project performance to prevent budget or time overruns
• Execute proactive financial management to ensure projects remain within budget
• Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders regarding technical information and issue resolution

Requirements

• Demonstrated project management or site supervisor experience within the construction or building services industry
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight and demanding deadlines
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer relationship management
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
