Project Manager SAP

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful execution of assigned SAP projects, guaranteeing timely delivery within established budgets.
• Evaluate project requirements to determine the most appropriate management methodology, such as Waterfall or Agile.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress continuously using performance indicators to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.
• Facilitate clear and constant communication with stakeholders, internal teams, clients, and vendors to manage expectations.
• Manage unforeseen changes by applying formal change request processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, organization, and results orientation.
