Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programs using SAP ACTIVATE methodology
• Manage a delivery team spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, Data Migration, and Training
• Own the project plan, RAID log, budget tracking, and resourcing decisions
• Facilitate executive-level reporting and steering committees with client leadership
• Manage scope governance and change requests to protect project quality and commercial margin
• Oversee cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare
• Coordinate ZATCA Phase 2 compliance milestones

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP project management experience with full lifecycle accountability
• Minimum of 3 completed SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition go-lives as lead Project Manager
• SAP ACTIVATE methodology certification
• Experience managing multi-legal-entity SAP deployments in Saudi Arabia
• Polished stakeholder management skills for C-level and finance leadership in Arabic-speaking environments
• Proven track record in scope, budget, and timeline discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience in trading, distribution, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and BTP-based integration landscapes
