Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations using SAP ACTIVATE methodology.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary delivery team covering Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, Data Migration, and Training.
• Oversee project plans, RAID logs, budget tracking, and resourcing decisions across all project phases.
• Facilitate executive-level reporting and steering committee meetings with C-level client leadership.
• Govern project scope and manage change requests to protect quality and commercial margins.
• Coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare oversight.
• Ensure coordination of ZATCA Phase 2 compliance milestones.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP project management experience with full lifecycle accountability.
• Minimum of 3 completed SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition go-lives as a lead Project Manager.
• SAP ACTIVATE methodology certification.
• Proven experience managing multi-legal-entity SAP deployments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with C-level and finance leadership in Arabic-speaking business environments.
• Demonstrated discipline in managing scope, budget, and timelines for fixed-price engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in trading, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and BTP-based integration landscapes.
