Project Manager SAP

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA cutover and production deployments for global digital transformation programs
• Define cutover strategies including Big Bang, phased, or hybrid approaches
• Develop and execute detailed hour-by-hour cutover plans
• Coordinate mock cutovers, readiness assessments, and lead war rooms for real-time incident management
• Manage hypercare and post go-live stabilization strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial sectors
• Oversee data migration coordination using SAP Migration Cockpit and LTMC
• Identify critical dependencies and manage contingency and rollback plans

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Proven expertise in end-to-end Cutover Management
• Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield, and Rollout projects
• Proficiency in SAP processes including OTC, PTP, FICO, logistics, and EDI integrations
• Advanced proficiency in PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) and ServiceNow
• Advanced English language skills
