Project Manager, Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business strategies
• Oversee project resources, budgets, risks, and changes using established methodologies
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Provide regular project status updates through formal briefings and detailed reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and stakeholder updates
• Facilitate project meetings and drive issue resolution through effective risk management
• Coordinate with other project teams to manage dependencies and potential impacts
• Assist leadership with research and development for new project initiatives

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in project management
• Proven experience in project resource management, budgeting, and risk mitigation
• Strong skills in project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered
