Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute project management duties for recurring services and advisory customer engagements
• Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations, ensuring risks and requirements are proactively resolved
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, budget reports, and risk logs
• Assist engagement managers with maintaining project scope and addressing change order needs
• Provide accurate updates on project progress to both customers and internal management
• Lead customer projects by tracking progress, forecasting, and managing deliverable completion

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a Software, SaaS, or consulting environment
• 1+ years of formal project management experience
• Proven experience with project planning, budget management, and risk mitigation
• Strong organizational and communication skills with experience interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage projects across multiple teams and geographies to ensure on-time delivery
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Certinia (formerly Financial Force)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification
