Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Coordinate project activities across functions and external partners
• Track project progress against key milestones, deliverables, and objectives
• Develop mitigation strategies and escalation plans
• Facilitate project team meetings and ensure clear communication of decisions, risks, and action items
• Foster collaboration and resolve issues that may impact timelines, scope, or quality
• Drive accountability and alignment across stakeholders to maintain project momentum
• Support strategic planning and prioritization activities across multiple programs
• Prepare project updates, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
• Support portfolio review meetings and governance processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of project management experience
• OR Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or ScD) with 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams
• Experience managing timelines and deliverables toward strategic objectives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
