Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing premises by performing in-depth technical, energetic, regulatory, and functional diagnostics
• Define transformation strategies and recommend orientations for building renovation, considering environmental and economic challenges
• Lead feasibility studies, including technical, financial, and environmental assessments, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including design offices, architects, engineers, and building specialists
• Draft and validate contractual documents, consultation files, and specifications for service provider selection and tender processes

Requirements

• HES Engineer or ES Technician degree (or equivalent experience) specialized in building techniques or construction
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing pre-study projects or building transformation and renovation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement strategic scenarios
• Background or experience in civil engineering is a significant advantage
