Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more projects autonomously
• Manage client interface and project-related communication
• Ensure reporting and interface with Partners
• Manage project budgets
• Supervise and develop internal and external project teams
• Participate in the preparation and delivery of client presentations
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Contribute to the development of the Competence Center (commercial offers, issue papers, etc.)
• Support internal firm development (recruitment, school relations, marketing)
• Mentor junior consultants

Requirements

• Graduate from a top-tier business or engineering school
• 6 to 9 years of professional experience, including significant experience in consulting
• Proven skills in corporate strategy and/or operational performance optimization
• Strong leadership and business sense
• Fluency in English and French
• Ability to integrate AI tools into analytical practices
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability
