Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage complex strategic projects and take ultimate responsibility for large-scale engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop consultant teams, typically consisting of more than three members.
• Analyze business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations for national and international clients.
• Work closely with industry experts to deliver tailor-made solutions.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge development by capturing insights and lessons from client work.
• Participate in office-wide projects and in-depth studies to advance the firm's thinking in specific sectors.

Requirements

• Completed academic university education (WO).
• More than 5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, or in strategic/operational roles within large companies or the public sector.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and delegate work to junior team members.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling using Excel, presentation visualization in PowerPoint, and storytelling.
• Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to structure arguments clearly.
• Fluent command of the English language, with strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in industries such as Retail, FMCG, Energy, Life Sciences, TMT, Automotive, or Financial Services.
• Strong technical affinity and commercial insight.
