Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive disciplined execution of approved Supply Chain continuous improvement initiatives from kickoff to close.
• Convert project scope into clear delivery plans including milestones, owners, dependencies, and decision points.
• Establish a strong delivery cadence through regular reviews, actions, and escalations to maintain accountability.
• Identify and manage risks, constraints, and cross-functional dependencies to remove blockers.
• Protect initiative integrity by managing scope drift and routing changes through proper governance.
• Partner with Finance and Performance & Insights teams to track benefits and validate outcomes.
• Ensure successful project closure by transitioning ownership and standard work back to daily operations.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience delivering cross-functional initiatives in Supply Chain, Operations, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong project management fundamentals including planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Working knowledge of Lean/CI principles such as A3, PDCA, or DMAIC applied to operational environments.
• Proven ability to use KPIs and data analysis to drive fact-based discussions and track performance.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect project delivery to cost, risk reduction, and service outcomes.
• Ability to influence without authority and mobilize business owners to meet commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• PROSCI certification.
